We are seeking a Plumber(s) to join our team. We are currently hiring 3rd tier apprentices through Journeymen Plumbers/Gas Fitters. Above average pay for above average workers. We have a different environment here, this is not your usual shop with the usual politics. We want you to enjoy coming to work. I know at the end of the day we all go to work to pay the bills and support ourselves and families, I am not trying to fool anyone, It is work and a job. That being said, I see no reason why anyone should hate their job, and dread going in every morning. If I am talking to plumbers here, we all know what I mean when I say “Sunday evening anxiety” …am I right?!… I am here to say that will end when you work with us. I also know that as plumbers we get into a routine and no matter how much we do not like it, we also do not embrace change. I have done this myself, I say “all of these shops are the same” and for the most part that is correct. That is what has motivated us to make the change ourselves, and offer it to any other plumber that has felt, or feels some of these same things. Plumbing is a hard enough trade without having to feel like just another number or no matter how hard we work that there is no loyalty. That all changes with you answering this post. Responsibilities
40 hours a week/OT if wanted.
Willing to work as a team.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related fields
Have a good positive attitude.
Ability to handle physical workload
These positions are Boston so you will need. A Massachusetts apprentice or Journeyman license, and have transportation to the job site
